Our Trustee Investment Plan is ViaNova Straight Through Processing enabled for investment deposits, switching funds and requesting withdrawals. This process is not affected by our opening hours. If you don’t already use Straight Through Processing and are interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
For a new client investing our TIP product, instructions for investment deposits, switching funds and requesting withdrawals must be carried out using Straight Through Processing (if this isn’t a viable option, abrdn may be able to offer alternative ways of accessing the chosen investment strategy outside of the TIP).
