Online Fund Switch enhancement – add client authorisation at point of request
Following the strong adoption of our online Fund Switch form for Synergy products, we’ve introduced a further enhancement to support you and your clients. Where valid client authorisation is not already on record, you can now upload it directly as part of the online Fund Switch journey. This removes the need to submit documentation separately and allows you complete requests in a single submission.
This enhancement is designed to streamline the process, reduce follow-up, and support a smoother experience when managing fund changes for your clients.
